After 2 weeks the back text was erased, I wonder why?

After 2 weeks, the back letters of my Zenfone 9 are completely erased, I don't know why? Is the text very poor quality or was I unlucky?

The only use was to carry it in the pants pocket and use it without a case, but 2 weeks is a very short time

This can be caused due to the use of some cleaning agents.

That was a store, stores use cleaning agents to clean their phones, especially since so many people touch them every day.

I wasn't talking about the pictures from the store either, but from my own device.
Attached is a picture after 2 weeks of use. In the meantime, the complete text has disappeared and I have neither used cleaning agents nor cleaned the device at all.
