Hi everyone,
I bought a Zenfone 10 in May, and it felt like fate since I really wanted the model with maxed-out specs. I managed to get the last one available on Amazon. After some quick research, it seems the U.S. model is still unavailable. Unfortunately, I had to send it in for repairs due to an annoying static sound that occurred whenever I recorded my voice. Months later, the same issue resurfaced, and I sent my phone for repair two weeks ago. It was only today, a week after delivery, that ASUS finally opened my package.
Naturally, I’m feeling impatient and concerned. Given that this problem has already happened once, I worry it might happen again, but I’m not sure what the root cause could be. Additionally, I’m considering how my home network setup, including my router settings and IP address management, might be affecting my overall experience with devices. If anyone has insights on resolving recurring issues with the Zenfone or tips on network management, I would love to hear them!
