ZF8 Not able to turn on

My phone suddently blank screen and not able to turn on. The phone is completely off.
When I plugged it in, the red charging LED blinks at the bottom a few times but nothing else is happening and still not able to turn on.
I already replace with new battery and the issue still not solved.
Need help.
