Dear ASUS representative,
Last night I tried to restart my Zenfone 8 while it was charging. However, the phone never turned on again.
I followed the troubleshooting steps in the following link, but they did not resolve my issue: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1015488/
I noticed this morning when I connected my phone to my laptop, the Device Manager lists it as "QUSB_BULK_SN:########".

Please let me know how I should proceed.
