Zenfone 8 does not turn on; QUSB_BULK_SN:######## displays when connected to computer

Dear ASUS representative,

Last night I tried to restart my Zenfone 8 while it was charging. However, the phone never turned on again.

I followed the troubleshooting steps in the following link, but they did not resolve my issue: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1015488/

I noticed this morning when I connected my phone to my laptop, the Device Manager lists it as "QUSB_BULK_SN:########".

After searching the Zenfone 8 Posts, I found one that vaguely matched my issues here: https://zentalk.asus.com/t5/zenfone-8/zenfone-8-died-after-latest-march-2023-ota-update/m-p/361937?s...

Please let me know how I should proceed.
