System UI stopped working

I still have a problem with the "system UI stopped working"
With UI elements not in the place that they should be, for example the top notification bar in landscape is one half of the screen with the rounded corners on the middle of the screen while they should stay at the corner
I am desperate cause it really ruins the user experience.
What will fix it?
are there any solutions?
will factory reset help?

Now even in tho morning it's doing it

I am not able to explain what happened, BUT for about two weeks I have not received information about the interface stoppage ... I am on the same system all the time, I have not changed anything in the settings. Previously, I had such cases several times a day. while I still have errors with PiP Youtube that works badly. Ehh... android 12 is a big disappointment!

Day 2 of testing after turning off nightlight, so far so good, probably it will do shananigans at any moment now but a restart will help the situation
