Google Assistant Does not work correctly

Hi all.
Google Assistant responds to "Ok Google" every other time...

1 - 3 days responds to the command stably, then no reaction to the phrase "Okey Google". What with the screen off, what with the on ...

Should you turn off / on the device, and how long does this function work again!

What in the OS can jam the operation of this application through some?

The version of android and this application is up-to-date.

Device model - Asus Zenfone 8.

Hello ASUS support
Do you even deal with this problem? Or are you just postponing it?
It would be nice to know if we have to wait for a solution.
We should start posting comments about it under the Zenfone 9 and 8 videos and ads (on youtube and instagram). For over half a year you have done nothing to solve this problem.

Retrain Voice Model
Open the Settings app.
Go into Google.
Select Settings for Google apps.
Tap on Search, Assistant & Voice.
Hit Google Assistant.
Go into Hey Google & Voice Match.
Tap on the Voice model.
Hit Retrain voice model.
