Wont turn on or charge

I just got this phone for new and it wont turn or or charge. Been charging for 30mins now, the charger works

Return it ASAP. It's not worth taking your time to troubleshoot this. Then you can get another one. If it's impossible for some reason, RMA it.

Wont turn on or charge

We always recommend charging the phone for 8 hours before trying to use it in battery mode. If it doesn't boot after that, then yes you should return it.

To be clear, charging the device for 8 hours with the bundled charger.

I cant even boot the phone so can even use battery mode. And yes using the bundled charger
