Does this problem appear in another video or movie?
Have you tried to restore the Audio Wizard for a check?
( settings > apps & notifications > see all apps> app info> show > system > Audio Wizard> storage & memory >clear data and cache)
If this problem still appears, please kindly show me below information.
(1.) Player app's name and version
(2.) Please show me a short video about this matter.
(3.) your eq setup screenshots.
