Camera doesn't flip with "Camera" app

Hi all,

I have an issue with the phone camera app:

When I try to take a selfie with the phone camera app, the motor makes a noise (it tries to flip?) and an error message pops up redirecting me to the inverse camera function menu. I tried all the options in there (reset calibration, recalibrate, ...), I also tried to restart the phone but nothing works.

The weird thing is that during the calibration the flip works perfectly and also in the main camera app the "steps" camera menu works perfectly (the menu with angle 1, 2, 3 and home).

Until yesterday the camera and its app worked correctly, no damage was done to the phone, nor I did something different (or installed apps) than usual, phone calls, fb, wa...

The sw version is 31.0210.0210.358

Clear the camera app cache and recalibrate the flip camera in Settings > Advanced > Flip Camera > Calibrate. Ensure your phone is updated via Settings > System > Software Update. If the issue persists, try Safe Mode to check for app interference or consider a factory reset as a last resort.
