Headphone jack mic problem?

Dear Team Asus,

There is this problem with the headphone jack where the mic doesn't work while communicating. Long story short, the headphone jack is brand new but doesnt work on normal calls and voip calls but only when used on standalone sound recording app.

Also, just menrioningt the battery back up is not as good as before on Android14 since upgrading to 15.

This seems to be generic with Android 15 because the mic works for few seconds and within few seconds complains of mic being inaudible. 

Never happened this on Android 14 though. Earlier I had channel problem on headphone (android 15) but turns out it was cable problem but after purchasing new cable it works perfectly on sound recorder but not on calls.
