Camera doesn't work properly, it fails to scan QR code

Frequency of Occurrence: 9 out of 10

It started happening since 17th June 2024. Unable to scan QR code. I haave tried ckearing cache, storage, restarts. It fixes temporarily but after 10 mns it starts behaving same. Please help.

Thanks for your response. Yes I have tried the solution provided in the link. Actually problem is with rear camera it starts working after restarting the phone, but stops working in 5-10 mns. don't understand if the problem is with software upgrade or hardware. any suggestions?

If the issue persists even after clearing the camera data, it may be due to a camera module malfunction.
