Same issue as described in here .
Moved from Zenfone 8 Android 13 to Zenfone 10 Android 14 and whenever WiFi is on - some applications won't work.
E.g. - WhatsApp chat backup and Google System backup stop and resume only when I switch WiFi off. Several other apps won't even load.
On the other hand - Firefox works OK.
Reproduces after a Factory Reset.
Link to screen recording and logs.
Thanks.

A possible solution - still not sure how robust it may be:
Settings > Network & Internet > Internet
Toggle Dual-band WiFi to ON.

I've had the same problem for long. Just last week Zenfone 10 got an update which supposedly fixed a lot of issues, but this still isn't fixed!
Basically, if you're connected to WIFI, some apps just freeze on start-up due to no internet connection (even if WIFI is working for other apps in the background). If you switch off WIFI, they instantly start up. I'm using basic 2.4 GHz band and the Dual--band solution did not fix it.
This bug is intermittent. If you have the problem but do not disable WIFI, the bug may not occur if you try the app two hours later or so.
This has been reported by many users in the past too: https://zentalk.asus.com/t5/zenfone-10/some-apps-do-not-load-data-connected-to-wifi/td-p/396149
ASUS associates ! Please escalate this bug to be investigated and fixed! I have never had this issue with any other Android phone in my WIFI network.

Or @keren_ASUS can you report this bug further?

FYI @Amir_Dagan, I messaged official ASUS support and they replied that developers are already looking into fixing this issue. Fingers crossed.
