Why is there not a 4K60 options for the wide angle camera?

Yup. It's sad to have downgraded that element. Front facing should also have Autofocus but they downgraded that and unlike the ov13b the ov32c doesn't support it. The overall results from the RGBC setup do result in good shots most times.
