Hey all,
After Android 14 update a weird bug started to occuring.
After playing any video and fullscreening it FPS drops significantally. The issue is occuring in both local files and streaming, on any player. The only temporary fix is to reboot a phone.
How to repliacate the bug:
1. Open any video player app (Netflix, Prime, HBO, Disney, Youtube, a browser, any app Video player),
2. Play and video and fullscreen it,
3. After a few seconds the video is started to lagging,
4. Reboot the phone
You can even record a video with a camera, play it and it is lagging also. I was so confused at first occurence.
I tried:
- Messing with battery control apps, Asus utilities, Developer options, clearing apps, reinstalling apps. Wasted multiple hours trying to determine how to fix it, only rebooting works.
I don't want to factory reset the phone.
