I've had the Zenfone10 for about a year. At first all was well, but starting from about 6 months ago the main camera OIS gimbal started jerking weirdly and unexpectedly, which messes heavely with image stabilisation (it also makes an annoyingly loud noise). I can work with it for photos, but it ruins videos. No level of electronic image stabilisation seem to be able to compensate for it, even "HyperSteady" mode. Wide angle camera seem completely unaffected. As far as I recall, the phone has never sustained any kind of notable damage or fall (screen protector and phone case are both completely intact, outside of everyday use wear).
Can I do something about this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
