Zenbook web cam shows picture as foggy

Hi 

I have a zenbook 14.  The other day I used zoom and my picture came up as foggy is the best way to explain it.  It’s never happened before.  Today I used it again and it showed the same way.

i wanted to ask if this is something that I can fix or is it something that needs repairing?

Have you tried to wipe the lens with a cloth or a tissue?

This tends to happen a lot with many cameras when the lens is dirty or smudged. The amount of times I've seen people taking photos with the dirtiest lenses baffles me.

Pro tip: whenever you take a photo from anything, always wipe the lens clean.

Due to poor focusing and shutter speeds that are too slow, the pictures are often blurry. Also, make sure that there is no dirt on the camera lens. You can also read this guide to confirm the actual problem: Best Ways To Fix Windows 10 Camera Not Working
