Number pad on Zenbook UX3404VC

Hi all, I have a new Zenbook UX3404VC laptop, and can not get the numberpad on the touchpad to turn on.
There are no icons in the top left and right of the numberpad as shown in attached picture. 
The specs list shows it as "Support Numberpad"

I just need to confirm if this laptop should have this feature or not?

It seems that you have purchased the UX3404VC (90NB10H1-M006B0, Intel Core i9-13900H), which does not support NumPad.
There are two specifications for sale in Australia, only 90NB1081-M008T0 (Intel Core i5-13500H) supports NumPad.
