Detailed description：i recently installed windows 11, since then my fingerprint scanner stopped working.
when i try to add a fingerprint now, it says something like "no windows hello compatible device found". (it also doesn't show up in device manager).
so i thought the driver is missing. then i tried to install it, but it doesn't work either because it also returns an error.

 I hope someone has an idea how to fix this.
