hello guys.i have asus zenbook duo zenbook ux481fly.as described in photo below,i can not switch the sign-in option to fingerprint bc it says it is unavailable .What seem to be the problem,simplified i mean?

Unfortunately, there is no Finger Print Reader in UX481FLY.
