Hello everyone,
I've recently purchased this lovely laptop and so far it's great! As I'm usually using one or two monitors and don't need the screen on the laptop for most of the time, I was wondering if I can completely turn the screen off to prevent the OLED burn in? There used to be an F function for it, but I can only make it very dim, but can't completely turn it off.
Is there a way to do it?
Thanks
Mike

But that doesn´t help if I want to start using the screen, I´d need to adjust the display settings again. Lightning up the screen is much faster and easier to do and I´m used to it anyway

I get it now, you need a shortcut key for this action.
The key shown in the picture is that shortcut. Try pressing it and you should get options on right side of your screen, press again to cycle between screen modes or choose one isung your mouse. If it does not respod try pressing it while holding [FN} key.
One more option for your situation: if you are not using your laptop keyboard you can set up your pc so, that when you close the lid it will not turn off. Set your screen mode to duplicate, then go to settings and search for "Change what closing the lid does" and you should get this screen:
Press on the highlighted area, choose "Do nothing" and "Save changes". Now you can close the lid and you pc should keep working when you close the lid and your laptop screen will be turned off until you open the lid again.

Thanks for reminding me all the options, I guess I´d need to use some only black App and move it away when the screen is needed for work.

I hope it was helpful.

How I solved it with keeping all written above in mind:
Set the black only color as a background for the OLED screen and using it only when needed. Reducing the brightness to 0% when the screen is not in use.
