Zen 435eg screenpad is working as second monitor only

Detailed description：screenpad stop working. i've already reinstalled all possible drivers and apps and still no effect.
pressing f6 reports "touchpad is disabled". And there is no touchpad device in device manager, but screenexpret monitor device is present

Windows is already with 21H1 update and all drivers are up to date. Also updated bios to latest version.

In OS i've already ASUS System Control Interface V3, not V2.
ScreenPad2 Optimizer doesn't work.
I really don't want to reinstall OS....

OKAY, reset windows is done.
f6 key doesn't say anything while pressed. Previous message was "touchpas is disabled"
screenpad is working as screeen only still
