Detailed description: Every webcam video that I am on I have gray lines that periodically show up as if it were an old style movie film. It makes my video look patchy rather than clean. I have been to many different wifi locations so it is not an issue with connectivity, but seems to be more of a hardware issue. I have attached a short clip.
