GPU artifact? TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH.

My TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH has been artufacting. It has artifacts on all refresh rates supported (60Hz, 144Hz). However, on 144Hz, the artifacts were much worse with multiple thick black lines. In 60Hz, there were wavy scanlines. Please kindly do help.

May I ask if you have updated the BIOS version, system version (operating system build numbers), and graphics card driver to the latest ones?
If they have been updated to the latest versions, could you please provide the versions for each?
Also, would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot/video of the issue for me to confirm?

@Falcon_ASUS Everything has been updated to the latest software, except the BIOS. The system is on Windows 11 23H2. This started around a month ago before this post and kept getting worse. But suddenly, it got better? Now I only have to live with a few very small lines even on 144 Hz. However, I am deeply concerned if this is GPU failure and if total graphic failure will occur. Note that these artifacts are NOT present in screenshots. Thank you for your reply.

As I cannot confirm the actual condition of your laptop screen, if there are still display issues, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
