I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your ASUS Care Center located in Viettel Tower, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, particularly in relation to my recent RMA (VNA2S10461).
I encountered several issues during this process that have left me with a less than satisfactory experience! I had to use an outside services to fix the battery problem that is easy to handle. I bought your product for nothing record in my customer service. Asus service care in Vietnam is just to charge money!!! Well done! Congrat Asus for ‘gray service’ they created here! Victory marking!
