UX5400E Touchscreen

Hello, I’m not being able to make the touchscreen on my zenbook 14X oled work, on YouTube every review shows that it does have a touchscreen, but mine seems to lack one, even tough device manager says I have one and all drivers are installed, but maybe that’s only the little screen pad that windows sees as a touchscreen, please help.
