Unable to charge zenbook 14x oled (Q420) when connected to docking station

I recently bought a zenbook 14x oled and observed that when I connect to an external monitor via a docking station (Belkin Thunderbolt 3) it shows me a prompt 'Weak charging state, please check power charger'

It seems to me the belking docking station doesn't have enough power to charge the laptop? Can anybody suggest a better way or alternatives to belkin ?

Based on your description, it appears to be a compatibility issue between the docking station and the laptop. Since we cannot assess the usage of third-party devices with you, we recommend that you first check if the laptop's charging function works properly when the external devices are disconnected.
