i just purchased zenbook flip 13 , the pen is not working i cant find this pen model on your asus platform , i cant even un screw the pen to get to the battery!!!!, need help

Hi,
Don't know your model.
In my Stylus Pen, just unscrewed back part (shiny part in picture shows pen a little bit unscrewed), and took out the plastic that was covering the battery for it to start working.
