Stack on ASUS Black Screen

System: Windows 11
Battery or AC: Cannot take out the battery module
Model: Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402)
Frequency of occurrence: Every time I try to boot on windows
Reset OS: Does not work (booting on windows or bios is not working)

Detailed description：
I was ready to study and I open the laptop as I usually do. To my suprice it got stack on the black ASUS screen logo. I don't know what to do, final exams are approaching soon and I need to study. Anyhow, I use one drive so I don't have anything to lose in the case where they need to wipe the data from the drive.
This is very strange. I need your guidance and help.
