I purchased ZenBook 14 (i7-1260P) laptop on May 5, 2024. Just two months after the purchase, it started giving me serious issues — including touchpad malfunctions and screen flickering.
I took it to the service center twice. They kept my laptop for four days each time, claiming the necessary parts hadn’t arrived. After a lot of hassle, the issue was finally resolved.
But here's the real problem: if I’m spending over 1 lakh on a laptop, I expect premium build quality. Instead, new issues keep popping up every month. I’ve always taken care of the laptop — using microfiber cloths and brushes to clean the screen and chassis regularly.
Still, scratches started appearing on the screen out of nowhere. I can’t even find a properly fitting screen guard. Now, I’m seeing keyboard imprints on the display — something I never thought I’d have to deal with. The rubber pads around the screen are also leaving stains on the chassis. The color is fading in areas I frequently touch — like the lid, palm rest, and especially near the hinges where even slight friction causes visible wear.
The keyboard is another disappointment. Finger oils stick to it easily, and the keyboard section wasn’t even sealed properly. It was opened 10 months ago, and dust buildup is clearly visible from the outside.
After all this, I’m seriously done with Windows laptops. There’s no way I’m going back to this mess again after everything I’ve dealt with.

Thank you for your consideration mod. I was meant to be rant about the quality not about the solution.
I have already fix those issues after visiting you service center multiple times.
