Windows 11 restart laptop goes wrong

Ilseeee

I have a zenbook pro duo. I reinstalled Windows 11 after experiencing some issues. Recently, I clicked on restart laptop and it keeps looping with the stop code: INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B). How do I get out of this loop? Even when I try to reset windows with an USB, it still won’t work. Please help.

@Ilseeee
Based on the described situation, the issue may be related to changes in the BIOS storage mode, corruption of the boot partition, or a fault with the SSD itself. We recommend that you first enter the BIOS to check if the SSD is detected, or use a Windows USB boot drive to access "Repair your computer" and try Startup Repair or repair the boot partition. If the USB still cannot install or repair, and the SSD is not visible in the installation tool, it is likely an SSD hardware failure. In that case, we recommend sending the laptop for repair.

Hi

If you can make a USB with Linux Mint on and test using that.

Double check the BIOS has not reset values  like Safe Boot, Secure Boot etc.

If in doubt please ask.
