Not getting proper response for warrenty rejection

I have submitted a compliment on warrenty issue. Not seeing any response from service center or customer support regarding supporting details about copper oxidation. Claim was liquid spill now came to copper oxidation. Still no evidence of the claim. Can I get a highlight picture with the issue mentioned? Below is the previous discussion.

I have replied multiple times for the photo of oxidation on the PCB. As I mentioned in multiple chat before I have not received any evidence for the same. Just some random pictures. I don't know what these service center classify as oxidation. Just photo of some dust is not oxidation. If your service team doesn't understand that please educate them and please help me with proper photos.
