Dear Reader,
I am experiencing frequent issues with my newly purchased ASUS laptop, where it fails to wake from sleep mode on most occasions. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps, the problem persists. Here's a summary of the actions I've taken so far:
The only way to turn the laptop back on is by holding the power button for 10 seconds to force a reset. This results in the loss of all open programs and documents, which is not an acceptable way to work.
I would like to understand a definitive solution to this problem.

For such a problem, you can run the Windows Power Troubleshooter. Check if there are any recent changes in the BIOS settings. if this is the reason then you can reset the BIOS settings. If nothing works then download a driver updater software.
