Need tech support after finding old 2015 Zenbook UX305 with system refresh needed

I found my old Zenbook UX305 which i purchased in 2015. To my horror, some apps are unable to function well as many upgrades were missed. For a start the Playstore isn't functioning well.....Any suggestions how I can get get at least the main functions/apps reinstated/reinstalled? I loved this model and still cherish it....help needed.  MichaelDC

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message for me to confirm?
Also, what is the version of the system and the full model name of the laptop you are currently using?
