When I do one click diagnostic it comes back clear. Already called tech support and factory reset. Reinstalled my asus and control interface as well both fans seem to run fine i gamed all day and watched them and they got up to 5300 rpm just fine. Tech support was gonna have a tech expert call me back after i spent 1 hour on the phone with them instead they sent me an email to do all the same things they had me do before or start an rma as its under warrenty but the link for the rma does not work. Is this a software bug? my asus 3.1.6 control interface 3.1.5
Hi all It has been confirmed that this is caused by MyASUS' misjudgment. We expect to release the new version of MyASUS V18.104.22.168 in the Microsoft Store in mid-October, and it is recommended to update V22.214.171.124 before doing fan testing. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
