Low battery backup for zenbook 14-UX425EA

Detailed description：
I am seeing very low battery backup for my laptop which was bought in June 2021. Advertised battery backup was 15 hours but on real usage i am not even getting 6 hours with low usage . I mean just browser usage with 20-40% brightness gives me at most of 6-7 hours and if i use multiple apps (2-3) then battery backup drops to 3-4 hours. At times i saw battery drain at 50% in just 1 hour.
This is terrible considering all drivers and BIOS is updated to latest version , power mode set to better battery and I have reset windows couple of times but still battery drain is high.
Another issue i saw is at full charge capacity 45,127 mWh where as design capacity is 67,292 mWh

Hi there,
Please long press the power button for 40 second to reboot the device.
And enter BIOS to load default setting again.
Run the battery report again to see if the full charge capacity has recovered.
