LibraService doesn`t work

LibraService doesn`t work after reinstalling following the instructions popped up this error, previously it was not https://www.asus.com/ru/support/FAQ/1041420/

Hi there - I do have the same issue. The program ScreenXpert doesn`t work anymore - it is complaining about the missing LibraService. Hence I have no access to the elements you usually see on the left side of the second touchscreen. Also the buttons to switch of the second screen or to siwtch the content (above the touchpad) don't work.
So the screenXpert App doesn't start because "ScreenXpert couldn't find the following service: LibraService" and hence the function of the dual screen can't be properly used.
Any idea?
