I have had the Zenbook Duo 481 for 2 years, but it recently started freezing,..why?

The Zenbook Duo gives me a blue-green several times an hour. Asus, how will you fix this issue?

both screens or just one screen?

The main screen only. This causes the machine to, of course, restart automatically--- or, I have to start it manually.

have you tried reinstalling windows from scratch,
the myasus software is bugged and provides outdated drivers
