Thank You, Seems like its FAN hardware Issue, I have latest App and reset OS twice and even in ASUS REmode it says FAN controller issue.
This is very unexcepted in higher end Laptop and occurred with in 2 months of purchase. I couldn't it use it at my office as the sound is very annoying continuously.
I would never recommend ASUS anymore.
