Hi. This may be why I cannot receive any Technical support via the MyAsus app.
I have to email Customer support and ask them to forward my many tech requests.
I have Windows 11 running on my laptop but still the same problem
I have never had so many issues with one laptop and after so many failed tech requests
I have given up with Asus and I have returned the laptop to PC World.
Going back to( HP) for a new laptop
