Detailed description:
I bought Samsung curving monitor and tried to connect it to my ZenBook UX391 via HDMI and USB C connection, my ZenBook did not detect the external monitor.
Please advise how this problem can be fixed?

Are you using the HDMI to HDMI cable that the monitor came with to connect the laptop and the monitor?
After you connect the monitor, can you see the new monitor from device manager?
If not, do you have another cable or another monitor to cross check?
