Cannot turn on Touchscreen Mode on UX481FL which is available in new ScreenPad+ software

Detailed description：
The issue is, as shown in screenshots attached. The model I am using is UX481FL. I've installed latest update for ScreenPad+ software. It's been known in new model UX482, the Touchpad Mode is available to use when you use Three-finger gesture.
While it shows on my model underneath "Window Control", once clicked on. The option does not appear, please could you send this feedback to the team to enable. It's handy function for those with the non-touchscreen top screen model as well.
Using three-finger gesture does not work, I've tried.

UX481 does not support the touchpad mode by hardware.

This sounds very incorrect due to this software can perform same as Touchpad Mode in exact same layout behaviour and design, only issue cannot turn off the program once on:
