This cannot be a hardware issue, we simply need an update to enable the functionality on our 1 Yr older model. It's available in Window Control however, cannot be accessed. @Y_ASUS

This sounds very incorrect due to this software can perform same as Touchpad Mode in exact same layout behaviour and design, only issue cannot turn off the program once on:TouchMousePointer software - available on Internet@ServiceH_ASUS
