MyAsus application icon disappeared (is running in background)

Detailed description：MyAsus link application disappeared. It does have the rights to run in the background, but it does not appear in the icon bar. What could be the problem?

Are you using Screenpad 2.0 or still remains at 1.0?
The last time you open MyASUS, is on the main screen or the screenpad?
