I can login my Asus member account on website but cannot login through MyASUS. I also cannot register my laptop through MyASUS as it showed "Token error". The latest version of MyASUS installed on my laptop. Anyone know what happened?

My problem is similar. When I sign in, the account says no devices have been registered. However, when I try to register my ASUS laptop, it says this has already been registered. If this isn't resolved, I cannot get support. I am on the phone for more than 10 minutes (on hold) with customer service. Please advise to help me avoid having to return the computer. Thank you.
