System: Windows 10
Battery or AC: Both
Model: UX433F
Frequency of occurrence: Random, at least once every 10 minutes
Reset OS: Yes
Screenshot or video:
========================
Detailed description:Ocasionally when I move my finger on the trouchpad the pointer stops for a second and continues moving afterwards. The laptop was serviced for this issue and trouchpad component was changed, but the issue persists. If windows is not reset with time the issue becomes more frequent and borderline unusable, but after windows gets reset the issue occurs once every 10 minutes or so.
So I've tried service, resetting windows, all drivers are up-to-date, but the issue persists. So I require some assistance on how to fix it, as I see there are a lot of reports online of such issues with Asus laptops.
Thank!

Hi there,
May I have your BIOS version?
And can you help to record a short video of the issue?
the video need to include your finger movement on the touchpad and the pointer reaction on the screen.
Thank you so much.
