asus zenbook duo app switcher wont working porperly

i need help with laptop zenbook duo
while i open a tab and i want to extend the tab on both screen
it no longer shows the icon that would make the tab extend on both screens\
is it no longer available ? or it is a bug that need to be fixed?

Could you please tell me the model of the laptop you are using?
Could you please provide me with a video of the operation for me to confirm?

this is the model

and as you see in this video
when i use to click and hold , there were three icons
one of them for upper screen (as you see 1)
and one of them for the touch screen ( as you see 2)
and i had another icon which extended the tab on both screen which is no longer available .
in the setting everything is like before nothing changed
but after the latest update for windows its no longer available ,
& i would like to mention that this feature was one of the main reasons that made me buy this laptop
& its no longer there

What system are you currently using? (Win10 or Win11?)
Please try to reinstall ASUS System Control Interface, ASUS ScreenXpert Interface, and install the calibration tools.
