asus zenbook 13 oled problems with keyboard

The keyboard stops working during operation. I tried reinstalling the driver and it still doesn't work.
After turning off the laptop for about 1 hour, the keyboard starts and stops again.
Asus UM325C Windows 10.

I have not poured liquid on it or hit it, the laptop is sitting on the desk in the office

Is the keyboard work under BIOS ? just conform?
