The keyboard stops working during operation. I tried reinstalling the driver and it still doesn't work.After turning off the laptop for about 1 hour, the keyboard starts and stops again.Asus UM325C Windows 10.

No it doesn't work, I tried this too, I also tried in safe mode, it didn't work either

I've tried all the methods described on the Asus official site but to no avail.

I've been using it for 1 month and I don't load it with programs or games.

I have not poured liquid on it or hit it, the laptop is sitting on the desk in the office
