I bought Asus #UX435E on 02/06/2022. It's been 2 years and 4 months I have been using it, but the #battery health decreased rapidly. I bought extended warranty, but it seems that extended warranty does not cover the battery, which lost effectiveness. My point is here that I was really taking care of the battery healthiness, in particular I was keeping battery charged not more than 80%, also I was discharging it from time to time more than 50%. According to battery report, my battery cycle is 181 and effectiveness is only 69%, altouth it was not used muched and always taken care
I was really old fan of Asus and I owned few Zenbooks before, but comparing with Apple Macbook same capacity battery effectiveness, Asus falls behind. In connection with the above, I am really disappointed that Asus does not cover battery decreasing under extended warranty. I am not sure I will continue using Asus Zenbook in the future.
